JOB OVERVIEW:
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive subscriber growth, enhance brand visibility, and achieve business objectives.
- Utilize data analytics and market insights to refine consumer marketing strategies and ensure continuous optimization.
Agency Management
- Oversee and collaborate with external marketing agencies to ensure brand alignment, adherence to project timelines, and optimal budget utilization.
- Evaluate agency performance and negotiate contracts to maximize return on investment (ROI).
Campaign Management
- Lead the planning and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and boost subscriber retention.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including paid media, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns.
- Manage traditional marketing efforts such as direct mail, print, and broadcast media to complement digital campaigns.
Sales Collaboration
- Partner with regional sales teams to align marketing initiatives with local market needs and sales objectives.
- Provide marketing tools, insights, and support to enhance sales team effectiveness and customer acquisition efforts.
Performance Measurement
- Establish and monitor KPIs for all marketing initiatives to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Regularly analyze and report campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine future strategies.
Brand Development
- Maintain brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and compelling message.
- Develop creative messaging and assets that resonate with target audiences, driving engagement and loyalty.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in consumer-focused marketing within retail or subscription-based industries.
- Strong expertise in agency management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Technical Skills:
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot).
- Experience with email marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with traditional marketing channels such as broadcast, print, and direct mail.
