Technical Support Specialist : this positions primary focus is to configure and schedule new production wireless controllers prior to shipment. This also includes providing technical phone support for new installations, assist in troubleshooting of existing controllers and make customer requested schedule changes.
Responsibilities :
- Ability to configure and verify schedules in advanced CAT M1 IoT wireless control devices using our proprietary web portal.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting and web portal training to customers.
- Work with software developers on new web portal development including testing and debugging.
- Assist field technicians during installations including testing and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer support interactions.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and maintain efficient manufacturing processes.
- Identify and report issues i n the production process.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies and maintain operations manual.
