How You Can Help Us
As a Customer Care Representative, you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
Your friendly disposition and positive, can-do attitude come through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. You are never bored as there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with. You love that you get to interact with people every day and enjoy keeping busy.
Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, in-office position, with the exact schedule to be determined at the time of interview. You must be available to work Saturdays and attend a 7:00 am company-wide meeting once a month.
- Taking inbound calls for current and new customers
- Making outbound calls to current customers with service plans
- Schedule appointments for incoming service calls
- Schedule maintenance appointments for WireNut Home Service service plan members
- Customer service experience
- Phone skills
- Scheduling skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Any experience in the HVAC, Electrical, or Plumbing industry would be a plus but is not required
