We are looking for a
Parts Sales Associate
The primary purpose of the Parts Sales Associate role is to deilver high quality service while increasing parts sales results across all Wirtgen brands, as well as continuing to develop and support the dealer network.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promptly responds to and resolves dealer questions, issues or concerns.
- Partners with Sales and Service departments to answer or advise dealer/customer.
- Utilizes periodic parts promotion program materials to engage dealers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Receives dealer orders through various channels of communication.
- Reviews completed orders for accuracy and detail (quantity, delivery dates, item numbers, special notes).
- Acts as a subject matter expert on parts pricing, parts inventory issues, cross-referencing, domestic parts alternatives, and remanufactured/rebuild options.
- Creates and maintain reports essential to the function of the Parts Sales department.
- Contributes ideas and strategies to continue improving dealer relations.
- Provides assistance on other Parts Sales tasks as needed.
- High school or GED equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (email & phone).
- Ability to handle high-volume customer service and/or sales phone calls/emails.
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
