What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembly Line Workers - Part Time position at Wirthwein?

Wirthwein New Bern, Corp. is looking for part-time -assembly line workers to cover weekend production on all shifts. Hours are as follows:

1st shift: Friday-Sunday 6am -2 pm
2nd shift: Friday-Sunday 2pm- 10pm
3rd shift: Friday-Sunday 10pm-6am

Function of the position:

Inspect and pack parts from the conveyor belt.
Understand and follow instructions, necessary for safe operations
Other duties as assigned.

Tasks:

The operator has to follow documented work instructions, inspect parts per control plan and pack parts according to the packaging plan.
Duty includes separating defective parts from conform product. Informing Team leader, Supervisors, and Quality personnel of any issue as quickly as possible.

Requirements:

Must be able to work flexible working hours.
Stand for long periods of time performing repetitive work. Physical exertion such as pushing, pulling, kneeling, bending, stooping, reaching, holding, trimming, and lifting (35lbs) is frequent.
