We’re seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and workers’ compensation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Create and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that align with their goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or workers’ compensation preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.
