We’re seeking a Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving growth, managing client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare and workers’ compensation sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Create and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing solutions that align with their goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and account activity updates to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably in healthcare, pharmacy, or workers’ compensation preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
