ABOUT THE JOB
- Understand and follow all established safety, health, quality, Food Safety, GMP and Company policies, procedures, and recognized practices.
- Conduct testing processes and procedures to perform physical and analytical product quality tests on finished syrup and beverage, inspect raw materials, and perform microbiological testing. Use laboratory test equipment and apparatus to conduct tests.
- Run control drink on finished syrups to ensure taste and quality.
- Maintain files and test results, record corrective procedures, control reports and supporting data in accordance with prescribed procedures.
- Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures.
- Ensure accuracy of equipment through calibration and documentation.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have basic mathematical skills, the ability to problem solve, and good communication skills. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and follow written and verbal instructions. Requires the ability to operate and utilize a computer, and laboratory and test equipment. Basic knowledge of soft drink operations and SPC is preferred, but not required. Must exhibit ability and desire to work within a team but can work alone. Works with minimal supervision, be a self-starter who leads by example, and be dependable. Requires the ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally.
