What You’ll Do:
- Connect and Collaborate: Serve as the vital link between our customers and production teams, ensuring seamless communication and satisfaction.
- Own Quality Processes: Develop and deliver accurate, on-time PPAP submissions and utilize your expertise with AIAG tools to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Be the First Point of Contact: Address external product quality concerns with empathy and strong customer service skills.
What You Bring:
- HSED or equivalent.
- At least two years of relevant experience in quality engineering.
- Proficiency with AIAG tools and quality standards.
- A passion for learning core, molding, and finishing processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
