Office / Clerical

Wisconsin Home Improvement / Wisconsin Insulation located in Menomonee Falls is growing and has an immediate full-time opening for an energetic, organized and motivated office assistant. This position consists of various administrative tasks, in a fun, fast paced environment!

Schedule : Monday-Friday 10 : 00am – 2 : 00pm

Starting Pay and Benefits : $20.00-25.00

  • Weekly direct deposit payroll

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Answering the phones
  • Processing rebate applications
  • Monthly pearl reports
  • Entering warranty information
  • Scanning and uploading documents
  • Confirm appointments
  • Various administrative tasks

    • Required for This Position :

  • Must be detailed oriented and possess excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professionalism
  • Strong customer service skills over the phone
  • Feel comfortable learning and using new programs on a computer
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Positive attitude
