At the Wisconsin Office of Rural Health, we are seeking an experienced Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Physician to join our team at our outpatient clinic in Marinette. About the Role
This full-time practice offers 40 hours per week with a minimum of 28 hours available for patient appointments, ensuring a healthy work-life balance. You will have access to pediatric sub-specialties to support complex patients, EPIC remote access from home, and a competitive compensation package that includes a guarantee with additional earning potential through production, quality, and value-based bonuses.

You will also enjoy 160 hours of time off per fiscal year, escalating to 264 hours upon contract renewal, as well as participate in on-call coverage, phone only. Our 24/7 Pediatric Hospitalist Team ensures seamless support. Clinic hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with no weekends or holidays.
