Wisconsin Whey Protein provides high quality milk protein ingredients to manufacturers of food and beverage products worldwide. Our products are produced in custom built facilities in Darlington and Turtle Lake Wisconsin.
Job Summary:
We currently are looking for an experienced Inventory Associate to join our team. All applicants must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills along with Intermediate level of computer skills. Their duties include locating suppliers, researching goods, services and materials and processing purchasing orders. This position is full-time day shift 8am-4pm. Pay is based off of experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Department in entering and tracking Purchase Orders
- Schedule all shipping and receiving appointments
- Resolve customer complaints
- Monitor product on quality hold
- Assist quality with entering results
- Successfully complete weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory counts and reports.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in manufacturing environment which includes standing/walking on concrete, noise, changing temperatures, routine bending/stopping/twisting/pushing/pulling, lifting up to 25 lbs., and climbing stairs or ladder.
- Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule.
- Must be able to verbally communicate, understand and write in the English language.
- Understand the importance of good sanitation, personal hygiene and GMP's.
- Ability to clearly document information as required.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook experience required.
- Reliable attendance is required.
