Job Title: Sr. PMO Analyst

The Sr PMO Analyst/Admin will support the IT department through the following activities.
- Contribute to project portfolio management by supporting annual project portfolio planning, off cycle project intake, and tracking overall project portfolio status and health.
- Contribute to resource management by gathering resource assignment, tracking resource allocations, and supporting resource administration and development.
- Contribute to project related process governance by helping to ensure compliance with SDLC and project documentation processes, with project planning and tracking standards in Jira, and with status reporting accuracy and completeness.
- Contribute to vendor management by supporting vendor performance evaluation, contract creation, contract compliance, and consultant tracking and evaluation.
- Contribute to financial governance by ensuring alignment of contracted and incurred costs to project and IT department budgets.
- Contribute to general IT department operations by supporting IT department events and meetings, communications, leadership, and culture.
This position will be located, preferably, in our Sarasota, FL office or can also be located in our Southwest Regional office in Richardson, TX. Position is eligible for hybrid schedule of three days, per week, in the office and two days, per week, remote.

Experience Required
* Bachelors Degree (or equivalent); NOTE - Relevant, progressively responsible work experience may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.
* Minimum of six years experience as a Project Coordinator supporting an EPMO or similar IT Project Management environment.
* Demonstrated vendor management experience including working with high value ($1M) multi-year contracts. Requires familiarity with complex IT contracts including scope descriptions, roles and responsibilities, and risk (both operational and security) mitigations.
* Demonstrated portfolio management experience including driving annual department budgeting, department cost management, and department cost reporting.
* Demonstrated project management / scrum master experience for large projects with responsibilities including PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, status tracking and reporting, and issue resolution and escalation.
* Thorough understanding of Agile / Waterfall / Incremental SDLC.
* Experience with Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Clarity preferred.
* Ability to multi-task and work with a variety of project, IT and business stakeholders.
* Intermediate financial skills and acumen necessary to track and measure project expenses and resource utilization.
* Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills.
* Computer proficiency – MS Office products, applicable Client's systems.
