Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Bradenton Office
- Role: Develop system testing specifications, coordinate with Business Analysts to resolve issues, research problems, and test solutions.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 3 years of Quality Analyst and/or Project Management experience required.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, understanding of how to interpret business requirements and translate them into testing specifications.
- Preferred Experience: Insurance industry (Property & Casualty ideal), Guidewire's InsuranceSuite platform.
- Work ethic: Ability to work under tight deadlines efficiently and with high quality, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, flexibility, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Familiarity: Must be familiar with manual testing, automated testing, and black box testing methodologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact professionally with a diverse group.
- Proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Visio).
- Licenses/Certifications: Systems certifications and/or licenses are preferred.
