Key Responsibilities:
Enthusiastically greet all customers and guests upon arrival
Build rapport and engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and experience level
Ask thoughtful questions to determine which Harley-Davidson motorcycle may be the best fit for each individual
Deliver compelling and informative product presentations
Encourage and coordinate motorcycle test-rides to enhance the customer experience
Make follow-up calls to previous customers to build lasting relationships and encourage future visits
Serve as a positive, upbeat influence in the dealership atmosphere, contributing to a welcoming and customer-focused environment
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
Comfortable initiating conversations and interacting with strangers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Genuine interest in motorcycles and the Harley-Davidson brand
Motorcycle license is a plus, but not required
