What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Manager/BDC position at Wise Auto Group?
Be the voice of the OC H-D Sales team in this new and important role. In broad terms you will be responding to all incoming online leads and questions, providing excellent experiences, and creating appointments for guests to experience the OC H-D difference first-hand. Additionally you will be engaging those who have not visited us for a while in an effort to re-establish a relationship.

- Motivated to excel and grow within the organization
- Customer service and/or sales experience greatly preferred
- Additional training will be provided as needed
- Monitor our Customer Management software for any incoming leads
- Address all incoming leads in earnest
- Handle all client inquiries with a focus on 100% guest satisfaction
- Initiate a firm appointment date and time for the client to visit the Dealership
- Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while answering questions and inquiries from clients and providing general information.
- Gather and track all client data as directed; accurately enter information with thorough notes in our database(s) and CRM
- Perform outgoing calls, emails and/or texts to current and pre-existing customers
- Assist the sales team in converting your guests into buyers as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned.

Salary : $60,000 - $85,000
