Position Summary:
At Reno Harley-Davidson, the #1 dealership in the Wise Riders Owners Group, we're focused on dominating the market — online and in-store. As Internet Sales Manager, you’ll take control of all digital leads, ensuring every opportunity is worked with urgency, accuracy, and intent to close. You’ll manage lead follow-up systems, engage customers across multiple platforms, and convert digital traffic into showroom traffic. If you’re organized, driven, and know how to close deals over the phone and through digital tools — this is your seat at the table.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all incoming internet leads, including website inquiries, third-party sources, chat, and social media messages.
Respond quickly and professionally to all leads with strong follow-up via phone, email, and text.
Set qualified appointments that result in showroom visits and sold units.
Track and report lead activity, conversion rates, and appointment outcomes daily.
Collaborate with sales management to ensure the floor team is prepared to receive digital appointments.
Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure consistent follow-up is completed on every lead for at least 90 days.
Continuously improve templates, responses, and word tracks to maximize engagement and conversion.
Assist in developing lead generation strategies, including working with marketing to ensure inventory is represented correctly online.
What We Look For:
Proven experience in internet sales or BDC (automotive or powersports a major plus).
High-level communication and closing skills via phone, text, and email.
CRM mastery (DealerSocket or similar preferred).
Strong organizational skills and relentless follow-up habits.
Competitive mindset and a desire to win every opportunity.
Must be able to work weekends and peak event periods.
Motorcycle knowledge or passion is a plus.
Performance Expectations:
Lead Response Time: Under 5 minutes
Appointments Set & Shown: Daily minimums based on lead count
Lead-to-Sale Conversion Rate: Target 10%
CRM Task Completion: 100% daily
