We're Hiring! Floor Coating Technician Wanted
Wise Coatings of Central Michigan is looking for a motivated Floor Coating Technician to join our growing team! If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in craftsmanship, and want to be part of a company that values quality and customer service, this could be the perfect fit for you!
What You’ll Do:
✔Prepare surfaces for coating (grinding, cleaning, etc.)
✔Apply high-quality epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
✔Work with a team to deliver outstanding floors
✔Ensure job sites are clean and organized
✔Provide top-notch customer service
What We’re Looking For:
- Hardworking and reliable with a great attitude
- Comfortable with a variable work schedule
- Comfortable using tools and working with hands
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Experience in flooring, construction, or painting is a plus (but not required—we’ll train the right person!)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must pass a criminal background check

Location: Midland, MI
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship
Pay: $21.33 - $22.87 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
