Duties:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing communications, and handling confidential documents.
- Coordinate client paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage inbound calls and emails, addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update client databases and internal records.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Support financial advisors, representatives and the leadership team with various administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services or a similar industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Google Office Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of financial services or willingness to learn is a plus.
