Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer concerns or feedback.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain updated customer records.
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive interactions with customers.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.
- Assist in sales by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers.
Qualifications

- Bilingual (English & Vietnamese) is required, enhancing our ability to serve diverse customers.
