Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office administration, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Handle tenant and owner inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain property management records, lease agreements, and documents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
- Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks
- Schedule appointments and property showings as needed
- Perform other administrative duties to support the team
Qualifications:
- Prior administrative or office experience preferred (property management experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (Spanish) proficiency is highly desired
