We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Health RN Area Coordinator to lead our Indiana Home Health Division. This role is key to ensuring excellent patient care, regulatory compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

- Lead all aspects of the home health division, including staffing, budgeting, and patient care
- Ensure compliance with state and federal home health regulations
- Develop and implement policies to maintain high-quality care
- Collaborate with medical professionals, social workers, and care providers
- Oversee admissions, discharges, and overall patient well-being
- Manage billing, budgeting, and financial reporting
- RN Licensure in Indiana or compact license
- Home Health experience strongly preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of long-term care and medication administration
- Understanding of patient rights and social work practices
