Electrician Key Responsibilities :
- Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical malfunctions in manufacturing machinery and related systems.
- Install, calibrate, and maintain electrical equipment and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production teams to optimize machinery performance.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols in all maintenance and repair tasks.
- Document maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment adjustments.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior electricians and apprentices.
- Available for on-call work to provide consistent support for production, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Effectively manage relationships with machine manufacturers and part suppliers to facilitate smooth operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow instructions and directives from superiors meticulously to maintain operational efficiency and meet organizational objectives.
