Onsite Recruiter (2nd Shift)

Onsite Recruiter Description:

To support our ongoing growth, we are hiring an On-Site Recruiter to help build our business. The successful candidate will be self-directed, possess high integrity and a strong work ethic. POSITION SUMMARY: The On-Site Recruiter directs and is accountable for the successfully recruiting of employees. This position is responsible for the effective management of the processes, employees, and procedures within the client's business.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Direct, recruit, and coordinate the employees within the facility.

· Daily orientations with new hires.

· Complete annual performance reviews for all employees and provide timely coaching to assure your employees are engaged and working effectively

· Implementation of the Safety and Risk Management program

· Handle all workers compensation issues

· Timely payroll and invoice review and approvals

· Communication with and between customer and office.

· Complete payroll weekly

· Recruit employees according to customer needs

· Excel experience necessary

· Computer skills a must

· Multitask a must

CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS

· Current/previous experience as a manager in a staffing service, or otherwise similar business or industry strongly preferred

· Good Communicator (bilingual in Spanish and English preferred, but not required)

· Appropriate response to customer issues or complaints

· A team-building mindset

· A strong work ethic

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
