What We Are Looking For : Estimator
- A customer-oriented individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in a customer service role a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under time constraints and strict deadlines.
- Must be accurate, possess keen attention to detail, and proactive in pointing out potential issues.
- Skilled in PC usage and associated software including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to read and understand specifications and blueprints a plus.
- Previous HVAC industry experience is a plus, but not required.
- Willingness to learn our technical products, how they work as part of a commercial HVAC system, and how to apply them.
- Must be self-motivated & punctual.
- Monday-Friday 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
