Order Management CSR
Pay $20 depending on experience
Job Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education is preferred. A minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer service or related fields. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong work ethic and follow-up. Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask. Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks. Computer skills to include Excel, Word, and other Mac and / or Windows Applications. Experience in Oracle System preferred. Prior experience in customer service and / or Sales in a Manufacturing setting preferred. Resume required for consideration for this position.
Job duties and responsibilities :
Work closely with the sales team to ensure the order management process runs smoothly and efficiently. Order entry and order follow up in Oracle system. Deliver outstanding customer service over the phone, emails, and live chat. Respond to customer queries in a fast-paced team environment. Creatively find innovative solutions to meet goals and take the company forward. Manage order lifecycle from receipt through shipment. Thoroughly and appropriately follow up on all orders, shipments, and products. Ensure the shipping dates are set and deadlines are met, providing detailed updates, and tracking information. Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy. Perform other duties as requested by management.
