What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Customer Service Representative (CSR) position at Wiseman Aviation, Inc.?
Welcoming applicants to join our Flagstaff CSR team for both full-time and part-time openings, including seasonal. We need immediate weekend availability and will recruit accordingly.
Must be able to adapt quickly to our unique industry where every day is a learning experience. Professional appearance and strong communication skills essential. Prefer applicants familiar with, as well as established in area, who can can assist with our visiting clientele.
Tasks specific to this position include:
- Answering Telephones, Routing Calls & Taking Messages
- Assisting Flight Crews & Passengers
- Flight School Scheduling
- Arranging Rental Cars, Hotels & Catering
- Coordinating Flight Line Service Request
- Running Transactions & Collecting Payment
Wiseman Aviation, Inc. is a full service fixed based operator (FBO) serving a broad base of clientele at airports in the high desert southwest. Our work force of dedicated professionals are focused on ensuring we maximize safety while providing our customers the highest level of service possible.
