Your Mission?
As the Logistics Director you’ll ensure our products move seamlessly from production to delivery, tackle bottlenecks, and make sure our products arrive on time, every time. Your leadership will be essential to streamline operations, cut costs, and boost efficiency while driving continuous improvement.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing (And Owning Like a Pro):
- Oversee all aspects of logistics operations, including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, and transportation.
- Ensure products are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
- Implement best practices and leverage technology to streamline operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain strong relationships and secure favorable contracts.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, optimize resources, and drive performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on logistics performance and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure all logistics operations comply with safety standards, transportation regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications & Required Skills
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum of 5 years in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, transportation logistics, and warehousing processes.
- Data-driven approach with experience using KPIs to improve performance.
- Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and supply chain software is highly desirable.
