Job Purpose
As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee and drive the maintenance activities of our manufacturing facility. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity, reliability, and efficiency of our equipment and machinery while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise teams of maintenance technicians in daily operations, including machinery and plant infrastructure maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks without disrupting production schedules.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment status, and work orders.
- Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions to address equipment and machinery issues.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce operational costs.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies, budgets, and schedules to optimize equipment performance.
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
- 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate diverse teams.
- Proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency.
- Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
