Key Responsibilities
Beverage Program Leadership
- Collaborate with the Beverage Director on program goals and implementation strategies.
- Develop and manage an innovative and profitable beverage program, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic options.
- Train and inspire staff on beverage preparation, presentation, and pairings to elevate guest experiences.
- Monitor beverage inventory, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously introducing fresh, exciting beverage offerings.
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Serve as a role model for professionalism, hospitality, and teamwork.
- Recruit, train, and develop front-of-house staff to maintain exceptional service standards.
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and team-building initiatives.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures with consistency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Address guest and team concerns quickly to maintain a high standard of service.
- A minimum of 5 years of hospitality management experience, with a strong emphasis on beverage program leadership in a high-volume environment.
- Proven expertise in crafting and managing innovative beverage programs, including inventory control and cost management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Familiarity with P&L statements, labor models, and operational systems.
- A two-year degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and related technology tools.
- Physical ability to perform job duties (e.g., standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.).
