General Manager – Belles Beach House, Venice BeachLocation : Venice Beach, CASalary Range : $100,000 - $120,000About UsBelles Beach House is a premier upscale dining destination in the heart of Venice Beach. Our high-volume restaurant delivers first-class hospitality in a laid-back, beach-inspired setting.We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our operations and team, driving excellence in all areas of the business. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in upscale, high-volume environments and a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional execution in front- and back-of-house functions.Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.Manage financial performance, including P&L, cost controls, budgets, and forecasting.Develop and implement service strategies to optimize workflow, revenue, and guest satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, including PCI / DSS, Alcohol Awareness, Food Handling, and Gaming Registration (where applicable).Participate in and complete the Company General Manager Training Program.Build strong relationships with guests, staff, vendors, and the local community.Education, Experience, And Skill RequirementsEducation : Two-year associate degree (60 credit hours) in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.Experience : Minimum of 8 years in hospitality, with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role within a high-volume setting.Strong foundation in guest service, with the ability to coach, mentor, and build high-performing teams.Proven financial acumen, with experience managing P&L statements, budgets, forecasting, COGS, and labor models.Highly organized, self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.Proficient in technology, including Microsoft Office, POS systems, and other operational tools.Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform tasks requiring repetitive motion.Exposure to hot kitchen elements or cleaning materials as needed.Flexible schedule availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.What We OfferCompetitive salary of $100,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience.Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, PTO, and professional development opportunities.A dynamic and inspiring work environment in the iconic Venice Beach community.Join Our Team!If you are a hospitality professional with a proven track record of success in high-volume, upscale settings, and you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, we’d love to hear from you!
