Office Manager & HR Coordinator – Èlephante Scottsdale

Location: Scottsdale, Arizona

Salary: $65,000

Èlephante Scottsdale is looking for a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager & HR Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role requires a strong background in both Human Resources and Marketing, ensuring smooth office operations while supporting HR initiatives and brand promotion efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Office Operations (70%)

• Manage all incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly.
• Oversee restaurant reservations, ensuring all notes and holds align with management instructions.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel for managers.
• Maintain office supplies and ensure office equipment is properly serviced.
• Hire, train, and schedule the reservations team, ensuring full coverage.
• Organize office events, meetings, and company functions.
  
  

Human Resources & Marketing Support (30%)

• Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain and update HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Manage HR-related inquiries and support conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Ensure internal and external communication aligns with brand standards.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in both Human Resources and Marketing is required.
• Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and HRIS systems (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
