Qualifications:
- Previous Experience: 1-2 years of experience in pet care, grooming, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. We’re happy to provide training to the right candidate.
- Knowledge of Pet Care: Basic understanding of pet behavior, grooming, and general animal care is an asset.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods. Comfort with handling pets of varying sizes and temperaments.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and em-pathetically with pet owners.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and keep detailed, accurate records.
- Positive Attitude: A can-do attitude, professionalism, and a passion for pets and pet owners.
