For any US office of an International Law Firm
Responsibilities include:
- Manage attorney recruiting efforts in Texas, including onboarding processes and coordination of local summer associate programs;
- Partner with senior managers to support lateral and entry-level recruiting strategies across multiple business units;
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of applicant tracking systems (iCIMS) and generate timely hiring-related reports;
- Cultivate relationships with office leadership, Recruiting Committee members, and key Texas law schools to strengthen recruiting pipelines;
- Conduct research, analyze recruiting data, and prepare reports to support hiring initiatives and decision-making;
- Act as a knowledgeable resource on firm policies and practices to effectively support attorney inquiries and onboarding processes.
Qualifications include:
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment; bachelor's degree required;
- Bring prior experience in legal recruiting, including entry-level and/or lateral associate hiring;
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to present effectively;
- Show proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work both independently and collaboratively;
- Exhibit flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed to support recruiting events and urgent projects;
- Experience with Zoom, Flo Recruit, Symplicity, 12twenty, and applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS or LawCruit preferred.
Salary : $69,000 - $110,000
