Responsibilities include:
- Lead all aspects of attorney recruiting in the Chicago office, including candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding;
- Collaborate with hiring partners, recruiting committees, and practice group leaders to develop and implement hiring strategies;
- Oversee the summer associate program, including training, assignments, evaluations, and event planning;
- Manage and mentor the Chicago Legal Recruiting Coordinator, fostering professional growth and development;
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new associates, facilitating integration into the firm;
- Partner with firmwide Talent Team and senior leadership to share best practices and enhance the candidate experience.
Qualifications include:
- 5 years of legal recruiting experience; bachelor's degree required;
- Proven management experience with strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels;
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment;
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ViDesktop preferred) and Microsoft Office;
- Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies to enhance recruitment processes.
Salary : $130,000 - $155,000
