Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Legal Recruiting Assistant for our client in Chicago, IL. This is an opportunity to join a highly respected law firm and play a key role in their law student recruiting process.

What You’ll Do:
- Schedule over 160 virtual screening interviews and 130 callback interviews using LawCruit
- Manage and update candidate applications from the Legal Recruiting Inbox (300–400 updates)
- Perform daily checks to ensure interview confirmations and accurate scheduling
- Coordinate communication and scheduling logistics for candidates and interviewers
- Provide general administrative support to the legal recruiting team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organization and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years in legal or professional services recruiting preferred
