Responsibilities include:
- Lead lateral recruitment and identify hiring needs for U.S. searches; work with hiring committee and appropriate business services teams to ensure seamless recruiting process for lateral associates, of counsel hires, contract attorneys, staff attorneys an
- Manage advertisement of, and candidate sourcing and lifecycle of open positions; source qualified candidates and coordinate logistics of the recruiting and interview process; build and/or maintain relationships with search firms;
- Review candidate resumes, arrange candidate interview schedules, correspond with candidates throughout the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring required documentation is obtained, oversee candidate diligence process with internal stakeholders;
- Collaborate with Professional Development and Training team on onboarding process and orientation for all non-partner attorneys and legal specialists;
- Partner with entire Talent Acquisition team and senior leaders to support DEI Initiatives, share best practices and deliver a seamless candidate experience.
Qualifications include:
- 4 years of related experience in Legal Recruiting, Talent Management, Professional Development, or Human Resources; bachelor's degree required;
- 1 years’ supervisory/managerial experience;
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in partnership with others at all levels;
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects, independently and with sound judgment;
- Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
- Experience with iManage, ViGlobal, and/or LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
Salary : $100,000 - $150,000
