Job brief
We are looking for a Level I Customer Service Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. Your main objective will to call customers back after making a purchase and check to see if they are completely satisfied with their order. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Any powersports knowledge would be a huge asset.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
· Maintain a safe and clean workspace
· Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
· You report to the General Manager.
Requirements and skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree
- Powersports Knowledge is not required but would be a huge asset.
Work Schedule
· 8 hour day shift
· Monday- Friday
· Approximate Times 8:30 am- 5:00 pm ½-hour lunch plus two additional breaks.
At times, business needs arise, and employees are required and agree to work beyond their normal workday or workweek to fulfill the accountabilities required for their job. Likewise, people need time to devote to personal matters, and our approach to flexibility provides for this.

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
