What are the responsibilities and job description for the Full Time Nanny position at With Grace Care Specialists?
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation: $25–$35 per hour (depending on experience)
A warm and welcoming family is seeking an experienced, energetic, and safety-conscious full-time nanny to care for their two young children: a 2-week-old newborn and a 19-month-old toddler. This position is perfect for someone who is active, nurturing, and loves engaging young children through learning and play.
What We’re Looking For:
- Highly engaging personality – the toddler is very energetic and needs a nanny who can keep up, play, and provide constant supervision.
- Physically active – ability to carry a toddler up and down stairs, chase after him if needed, and keep up with his high-energy pace.
- A strong focus on safety – making sure he doesn't jump on the couch or engage in unsafe behavior.
- Someone who can incorporate educational activities into play – counting, colors, reading, and more.
- Infant care experience is a must – the newborn will require gentle and attentive care.
- Comfortable working in a multi-adult household – Grandma lives in the home and will be around most of the day
- Strong communication skills – nanny will provide updates and daily reports to the mom.
- Outgoing personality – someone who can build a friendly relationship with the family
- Driving required – nanny must be able to drive for possible outings or classes; you may use your own car or the family’s car.
Language:
- The family speaks Russian and Arabic – not a requirement, but a plus if you do too!
Requirements:
- Over 3 years of professional child care experience.
- Strong communicators.
- Self starters, able to implement care plans without needing direction from the families.
