Full-Time Family Assistant for Busy Household
Two professional parents are seeking an energetic family assistant to join their team. The family has a full time Aupair & Housekeeper. The Au Pair Mainly cares for a 4 year old. Looking for someone who can commit long-term and become and feel like part of the family. Being able to motivate and bond with 3 teenagers ages 11, 15 and 16 is a must.
Duties include arriving at the home and jumping in and helping the team complete tasks such as grocery shop, meal prep, and organizing. We are searching for a Team Player. Must be a good driver.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely transport the children to and from activities, ensuring everyone stays on schedule.
- Assist with homework
- Organizing
- Help with the evening routine, including dinner prep and family time.
- Build strong bonds with the children, especially the teenagers, offering guidance and support as they navigate school, sports, and social activities.
