Part-Time Family Assistant for Busy Household
Two professional parents are seeking young and energetic family assistant to join their team. The family has a full time Aupair & Housekeeper. The Au Pair Mainly cares for a 3 year old. Looking for someone who can commit long-term and become and feel like part of the family. Being able to motivate and bond with 3 teenagers ages 10, 15 and 16 is a must.
Duties include arriving at the home and jumping in and helping the team complete tasks such as grocery shop, meal prep, and organizing. We are searching for a Team Player. Must be a good driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport the children to and from activities, ensuring everyone stays on schedule.
- Assist with homework
- Organizing
- Help with the evening routine, including dinner prep and family time.
- Build strong bonds with the children, especially the teenagers, offering guidance and support as they navigate school, sports, and social activities.
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive, engaging individual who loves working with children across different age groups.
- A team player who can adapt to the family's needs and help create a smooth, enjoyable household.
- Experience working with teenagers is a big plus! We need someone who can connect with older kids
- Pet-friendly, as the family has a dog.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $30-$35 per hour
- Start Date: ASAP
- A guaranteed schedule: Monday-Friday, 3 PM - 8 PM with set hours each week.
- Benefits, including 1 weeks of paid vacation, 2-4 sick/personal days, and paid holidays.

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record (a work vehicle can be provided).
- Experience in nannying or family assistant roles, ideally with multiple children.
- Ability to provide professional references.
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
