Private Nanny

Compensation: $25/hour

Schedule:

• Now through October: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Starting November: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Start Date: ASAP

A warm, welcoming family is looking for a reliable, nurturing, and proactive nanny to care for their two children, ages 6 and 4, with a third baby due in November. This is a long-term position with a family who truly values their nanny as part of the team.

Must love dogs: the family has 1 small dog

Responsibilities:

• School pick-up and drop-off (must have your own reliable car and valid driver’s license)
• Engaging the children in creative, educational, and active play — NO screen time
• Light child-related household tasks (laundry, tidying up toys, prepping simple meals/snacks)
• Caring for the children when they are home sick
• Helping with the newborn starting in November

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, kind, and committed to a long-term role
• Background or studies in education or child development (a plus!)
• Comfortable driving with children in the car
• Okay with working even when the children are sick (with precautions as needed)
• Enthusiastic about creating a screen-free, engaging environment

Requirements:

We are looking for dedicated and professional nannies who possess:

• Over 3 years of professional child care experience
• Comfortable with pets; they have a friendly dog
• Self starters, able to implement care plans without out needing direction from the families
• Strong communicators
