Job Description:
· The ideal candidate is a team player who will be responsible for working with company data in various business areas.
· Specific responsibilities include reporting metrics, analysing methodologies, suggesting operation improvements, and business opportunity evaluation in a cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities:
· This individual is responsible for full capture process on identified opportunities and also building pipeline to meet company goals.
· Generating, updating, and communicating the opportunity-specific Capture Plan including formal gate reviews.
· Tracking all the important federal opportunities through FBO, e-Buy (GSA-70, GSA-PSS & 8a STARSIII), OASIS, e-Seaport (Navy).
· Checking Status of RFPs with RFP team; providing them addendums; discussion regarding the scope of the RFPs
· Conducting RFP analysis for the strategy development/refinement.
· Working on selected opportunities and oversees bid strategies.
· Focused to manage the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process.
· Selling the opportunity internally to the management for pursuit and proposal development.
· Involved to identify the resources required to pursue a bid.
· Preparing, coordinating, and presenting reviews to senior management of the company.
· Identifying and highlight the required market strategies to increase P(Win), that include consideration of work-share.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Business or Science (Engineering or Computer Science)
· 10-15 years of program management experience managing multiple contracts.
· 5 years of experience in working with Federal Government contracts
· Experience in managing the Federal Government contracts and deliverables and maintaining the relationship with Customer
· Experience in organically growing program and/or portfolio revenue.
· Project supervisory/execution experience including supervising and scheduling work for a team of multi-functional personnel to include analysts, administrators, financial management, subcontracts, project managers.
· Extensive experience in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Microsoft Project.
· Strong oral and written communication skills.
· Self-starter and able to negotiate with customers directly.
· Experience participating in the development of proposals (technical, business and cost).
