This position manages all aspects of an administrative support contract covering approximately 100 staff across multiple geographic locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and cohesive team culture while serving as the primary point of contact between contractor staff, regional managers, and senior leadership.

This position manages all aspects of an administrative support contract covering approximately 100 staff across multiple geographic locations, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and cohesive team culture while serving as the primary point of contact between contractor staff, regional managers, and senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Contract Management and Performance
- Oversee all aspects of Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance
- Develop performance metrics dashboards and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management
- Coordinate with regional managers to ensure customer requirement alignment
- Conduct regular performance assessments based on feedback from regional managers and customer POCs
- Foster unified organizational culture across geographically dispersed teams
- Design standardized onboarding, training programs, and performance improvement plans
- Organize virtual team events to maintain cohesion while providing mentorship and career development
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues while facilitating efficient communication
- Identify process improvements and assist with recruitment and staff transitions as required
- Build strong relationships with customer management while representing contractor interests
- Develop effective communication channels between all stakeholders
- Resolve conflicts and address concerns promptly to maintain operational continuity
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing federal SCA/administrative support services contracts
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with focus on people management and employee relationships
- Strong HR skillset
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated experience with performance reporting and data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related field
- US Citizenship required
- Familiarity with HUBZone program requirements and compliance
- Experience with federal contracting in multiple geographic regions
- Advanced certification in project management or contract administration
- Proficiency with collaboration and project management software platforms
- Proven track record building distributed administrative teams
