Inside Sales Representative – Residential Sales Specialist

Witt Pest Management, Western Pennsylvania's oldest and most advanced pest control company, is expanding our Inside Sales team and looking for high-energy individuals to sell, consult, and close deals!
What You’ll Do:
- Convert inbound leads into sales – Help homeowners protect their homes by providing tailored pest control solutions.
- Drive revenue through proactive selling – Follow up with potential customers, upsell services, and win back former clients.
- Consult with customers – Identify their needs and match them with the right service plan.
- Manage your pipeline – Track sales progress, follow up with leads, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Coordinate with field teams – Schedule services efficiently and support our technicians for smooth service delivery.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience – Build relationships, handle objections, and close deals with confidence!
What We Offer:
- $19/hour base pay uncapped commission & bonuses
- Realistic earning potential of $50K in your first year
- $500 signing bonus after 60 days & $500 retention bonus after 6 months
