Project Coordinator-Instruction Designer
Contract: 1 Year
Pay rate: w2 Hourly
Location: Atlanta, GA- Hybrid
Description:
· The Curriculum Development & Instructional Design Contractor reports to the Senior Manager, Leadership Development and is responsible for
· Designing innovative curriculum and learning experiences to meet business needs and address capability gaps.
· Developing customized leadership development curriculum to accelerate leaders’ learning.
· Building resources to support leaders for and during the Workday Learn implementation.
· Creating and updating curriculum to support CEI leaders assessing and engaging their teams.
· Ensuring curriculum is current, relevant, and delivered with clear and consistent messaging.
· Co-creating learning objectives and assessments.
· Reviewing and refreshing existing curriculum.
· Developing learning courses for delivery via face-to-face, online, or remotely.
· Evaluating training effectiveness.
· Supporting Talent Development team’s ad hoc needs with LMS administration.
Requirements:
· BA/BS degree in a related discipline (i.e. Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Education, Communications, Marketing, Business, etc.) with generally less than 5 years of experience required in a related field (i.e. Instructional Design, Education, Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, etc.), OR 10 years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
· Requires strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite tools and the following authoring tools for eLearning development:
· Articulate Storyline, Articulate 360 and RISE
· Knowledge of and some use of Adobe Creative Suite
· Experience designing Instructor-led, virtual-led, and eLearning solutions.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Consultative abilities to vet learning needs and recommend learning solutions
· Highly creative and consultative mindset
· Strong attention to detail and continuity
· Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with agility to effectively manage multiple concurrent initiatives
· Highly organized and efficient, with a continuous improvement mindset
· Demonstrated experience contributing to or developing training programs incorporating soft skills with technical content
· Demonstrated knowledge of Instructional Design principles (ADDIE and/or SAM)
· Demonstrated knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
