General Purpose:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in the US. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial reporting processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement) in compliance with GAAP.
- Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), including invoice processing and payment tracking.
- Prepare and file tax reports (sales tax, payroll tax, corporate tax, etc.) in compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Work with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
CPA certification (preferred but not required).
Experience
3 years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting setting.
Qualifications and Skills Requirements
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP or similar).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or multinational companies.
- Knowledge of US tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Language Proficiency
Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
