Front Office Assistant
We are a fast-paced growing e-commerce company in Chantilly, Virginia. We sell products that collectors use to preserve, display and store their collections.
We are hiring full-time and part-time positions. We can offer flexible scheduling around school, other jobs or other scheduling issues but the work is to be conducted between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
General Requirements:
The Front Office Assistant is an entry level position. Prior experience is not necessary. We are looking for candidates who:

--Are interested in learning and understanding our business.
--Has strong computer skills.
Front Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities:
--Able to follow directions and specific procedures.
--Filing claims with USPS and Fedex for lost and damaged packages.
--Filing refund requests for unused shipping labels.
--Copying return information from emails and pasting into order management software.
--Entering data into Excel spreadsheets
--Maintaining physical and digital records
-- Assisting Customer Service Manager with customer service emails and phone calls.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
