We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping, receiving, picking, packing, and materials handling. Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments
- Unload and load trucks using a reach truck or other heavy equipment
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse
- Perform regular cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels
- Operate warehouse management system software to track inventory movements
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish/Chinese is a plus
- Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures
- Proficiency in picking, packing, and materials handling techniques
- Experience operating reach trucks or other heavy equipment
- Mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
