Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct care (ADLs, hygiene, mobility, etc.)
- Build relationships with residents and teammates
- Keep documentation accurate and up-to-date
- Bring warmth, patience, and consistency every shift
What You’ll Need
- CNA, PCA, or DCA certification in Virginia
- Reliability and a heart for serving seniors
- Positive attitude and ta eamwork mindset
