- Consult with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Translate technical diagnoses into clear, value-focused recommendations
- Proactively identify and present additional service opportunities
- Navigate price objections while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Follow up with customers on pending recommendations and future maintenance
Requirements
- 2 years of consultative sales experience
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must complete the DISC assessment with the application
- Show a history of job stability
